Automatic Maintenance Windows 8 and 8.1 is Annoying? Here is How to Disable It.

Automatic maintenance is a built-in feature in windows 8 and 8.1 that automatically start when your PC is in idle state or at it's schedule time. Automatic maintenance will maintains and optimize your computer. This feature still need user's consideration while enabled.

Points to consider :

1. Add more processing amount
2. You need to keep your PC on
3. It never ask user whenever it will start

We recommended you to disable the automatic maintenance to avoid processing overhead. After you disable the automatic maintenance, you can manually optimize your PC by initializing the disk defragmentation, CHKDSK command, etc.

In order to disable the automatic maintenance in your PC, you need to follow these step :

STEPS :

1. Log in to your windows8/8.1 using administrator account.
2. From the Start screen, hover your mouse to the bottom-right corner of the screen to see the charm bar.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click Search in the charm bar.
4. Type Schedule Tasks in the search field.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click Schedule Tasks that show below the search field.
6. When the new window comes up, locate and select to Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Task Scheduler from the left pane.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Right click Idle Maintenance task in the middle pane.
8. Click Disable.
   
   
   
   
   
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for Reguler Task.
10. Once done, close the Task Scheduler window and restart your computer the make the change.

Today is an era of smartphone. Smartphone can be used as a portable hotspot, so any other device can connect to smartphone portable hotspot and that device can connect to the internet from smartphone. But we can sharing an internet connection with not only using smartphone. We can make our laptop as a portable hotspot, and sharing connection internet from modem to any other device. And then how to make laptop as a portable hotspot? Lets check it out!

Free Wi-Fi

STEPS :

Clik start menu > search CMD and then right clik > "Run as administrator"

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=YourHotspotname key=Yourpassword

you can change the red text with your hotspot name (its up to you) and also your hotspot password. But use a combination alphabet and number (more than 8 character)

Clik start menu > search CMD and then right clik > "Run as administrator"

Write command : 

Netsh wlan start hostednetwork

And then to turn off your hotspot

Clik start menu > search CMD and then right clik > "Run as administrator"

Netsh wlan stop hostednetwork

To share your internet connection, at the first time you must connect to the internet using your modem, and then turn on your hotspot.

After that, right click on the connection icon on the taksbar, click open "Network and Sharing Center".

And click select a private network connection choose same as connection on your hotspot. In this case my hotspot connection is Wireless connection 2, so i choose Wireless connection 2. And then click ok.

How to Instal XAMPP on Your PC/Laptop

Before I explain how to instal XAMPP, at the first time we must know what is XAMPP? XAMPP is aplication/software that compatible with many operation system (like windows, ubuntu, MacOS, and the other) built by “Apache Friends” that have a function to make your own independent server, and also include with MySQL, database, Apache HTTP server, and using programming language PHP and Perl.

2. Open (double click) your XAMPP installation Software, and there will be a question, click YES.

8. And then instaling progress is begin. Wait until installing progress finish.

How to use XAMPP at the first time :

1. Click Start menu-All Program-XAMPP-XAMPP Control Panel.

2. Select the language, and then click save.

3. Start application that you need (Apache, MySQL etc) and then click start. If the action tab change to Stop, it mean the service has been succesfully started.

What is binary number?

Maybe some people who has been expert in computer, mathematics and technology, know what is a binary number.  Binary number is base two numeral system, they are symbolized with 1 (one) and 0 (zero).

Binary number also known as binary digit (bit).  Binary number used in the world of computer to build comunication between each hardware. It just 1 and 0 because, computer using machine language and machine use a electrical power to make it work. So 1 is mean there is a electric current and 0 is there is no electric current.

In our life we usually using decimal number like (0-9) , decimal number can be converted to binary number, and also binary can be converted to decimal number. Why it need to be converted? It need because computer system is very complex computer not only containing number but also containing text (alphabet) symbol like &*^%, image, music, and video. To  make many variation output like that the binary number must be converted. With 1 and 0 computer can procces many thing, to procces converting biner to decimal, hexadecimal the computer need processor.

How to convert binary to decimal manually?

To understand it easily lets see the example.
Question : Convert 10110 to decimal!

Answer :

1	X	24	= 16
0	X	23	= 0
1	X	22	= 4
1	X	21	= 2
0	X	20	= 0
∑			22

So that means 10110 in binary is 22 in decimal

And then the second question is, how to convert 22 in decimal to binary?

To convert decimal to binary is divide the decimal number with 2 and save the balance per every dividing, and repeat until the result is less than 2.

22/2 = 11 -> balance devide is = 0

11/2 = 5 -> balance devide is 1

5/2 = 2 -> balance devide is 1

2/2 = 1 -> balance devide is 0

So read it from bottom 10110
