Before I explain how to instal XAMPP, at the first time we must know what is XAMPP? XAMPP is aplication/software that compatible with many operation system (like windows, ubuntu, MacOS, and the other) built by “Apache Friends” that have a function to make your own independent server, and also include with MySQL, database, Apache HTTP server, and using programming language PHP and Perl.
So, dont worry if you wanna create your own website but you don’t have domain and hosting, you can use this software. You can make your PC/Laptop as a hosting server.
Sometimes, a webmaster (somebody who has been expert in web designing) use this way to make a website, although they are expert in web design, they create a website on computer and check it correctly before they upload to the real server hosting. And a friendly software that can do that is XAMPP.
STEPS :
1. At the first time you must have XAMPP installation Software, download it here (https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html).
2. Open (double click) your XAMPP installation Software, and there will be a question, click YES.

3. Sometimes there is an error massage but dont worry, click OK

4. A window apperead, click next.

5. On the window select commponent checklist all and cilck next.

6. Choose the installation folder and the click next.

7. In the next window, you can learn Bitnami for XAMPP or not, uncheck if you dont want to learn Bitnami. Bitnami for XAMPP provides free installer that can instal Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, and many other popular open sources apps on top of your existing XAMPP installation. Click next to procces.

8. And then instaling progress is begin. Wait until installing progress finish.

How to use XAMPP at the first time :
1. Click Start menu-All Program-XAMPP-XAMPP Control Panel.
2. Select the language, and then click save.

3. Start application that you need (Apache, MySQL etc) and then click start. If the action tab change to Stop, it mean the service has been succesfully started.
